The annual Gala Dinner and Prize Giving for the Gibraltar
Juniors took place at 20.00 hrs. Congratulations to all
competitors, families and tournament winners. See you again in
2020!
A specially arranged invitational match took place
alongside the U16's & U12's between WFM Anna Bellon Cramling (Elo 2013) and Alfie Onslow (Elo
2059).
15.8.19 - An exciting and busy schedule
yesterday, Thursday, with the arrival of many more players and families
to Gibraltar. Later there was the traditional Meet and Greet Reception
followed by the ever-popular Evening Blitz at around 18.30.
The 4th Seawave Beach Blitz tournament took place on
Wednesday 14thoutside the Seawave
restaurant in Catalan Bay, just a few minutes walk from the Caleta Hotel. This
was a perfect warm-up tournament for the
Festival and was lots of fun!
